Merlin Software Builder is an AI-powered platform that allows users to create, deploy, and manage websites and web applications. The Service includes AI code generation, Docker-based hosting, version control, and planning tools.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated. You may not share your account with others.
4. Billing & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Token usage beyond your plan's included amount is billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service to create or host content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy.
6. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, remains the property of Merlin Software Builder.
